Shipping policy

We offer free standard ground shipping on any purchase of $100 or more (before taxes). Certain exceptions apply. Shipping fees will be reflected as such in the shopping cart.

 

Time to process the order: 1 to 7 business days

Shipping delays: 1-7 business days. 

 

Processing delays may vary. All shipping fees are in Canadian dollars

Remote areas: additional charges may apply after your purchase. You will be contacted if necessary. Coucou Hibou reserves the right to refuse delivery.*
